By completing a purchase on this store, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not proceed with your purchase.

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to: quitting the server, losing access to your account, being dissatisfied with the product, or being banned.
  • Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute will result in an immediate and permanent ban from all SilverRust services, and all purchased ranks, perks, and extras will be permanently revoked without compensation.
  • SilverRust reserves the right to modify, suspend, or remove any purchased service, rank, or perk at any time, with or without notice, if a player is found to be violating server rules or these Terms & Conditions.
  • All packages, prices, and terms are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
  • Purchased items are non-transferable and tied to the account used at time of purchase.

AGE REQUIREMENT & VAT

You must be 18 years of age or older to make a purchase on this store. If you are under 18, you must have explicit permission from a parent or legal guardian before purchasing. SilverRust accepts no liability for purchases made by minors.

All prices displayed are exclusive of VAT and any applicable sales taxes. If your region is subject to VAT or other sales taxes, the appropriate rate will be calculated and displayed at checkout prior to payment.

DELIVERY & SUPPORT

All purchases are delivered automatically to your in-game account within 5 minutes of payment confirmation. If your package has not been applied after 5 minutes, please open an admin ticket in our Discord server.
